An Exceptional Experience

​​At Best of Beauty Clinic, we are committed to providing every client with a professional, relaxing, and personalised experience. Our policies are designed to ensure appointments run smoothly while maintaining the highest level of care and service for all clients.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations, no-shows, or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on treatments, services, packages, or products for change of mind.

Late Arrivals

We understand that unexpected delays can happen. If you believe you may be running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten, reschedule, or forfeit their appointment to avoid delays for other clients.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for treatments, packages, services, gift cards, or products for change of mind. Results may vary between individuals.

Package Purchases

All treatment packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. We encourage clients to schedule appointments in advance to ensure all sessions are used before expiry.

Bonus Credits

Bonus credits included in promotional packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Credits are non-refundable and may only be redeemed for treatments or products within the clinic.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your treatment total.
Failure to attend your appointment or cancellations made within 24 hours may result in the deposit being forfeited.

Treatment Results

While we aim to achieve the best possible outcome, individual results cannot be guaranteed and may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, medical history, and aftercare.

Medical Conditions

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, or relevant health concerns before receiving treatments.

Pricing

Prices and promotions may change without notice.

Liability

Best of Beauty Clinic is not liable for any adverse reactions where medical information has not been fully disclosed by the client.
