At our Beauty Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Best of Beauty Clinic experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.


Our Flexible Beauty Salon Policy

At Best of Beauty Clinic, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee and cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in. There is a no refund and exchange policy on services and products for change of mind. Want to find out more? Get in touch.


Inform Us in Advance

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.


One Year Expiry Policy

There is a 12 month expiry on all treatments purchased as a package. Please ensure that you do book all your sessions in before the expiry date. If you cannot attend your sessions please do let us know and we will try our best to assist to ensure that your treatment package does not go to waste.

There is a 12 month expiry on all bonus credits which are issues as a pacakage deal. Credits are non-refundable and can only be used for products or services within the clinic.
